X線検出器
X-Ray detector The XR-100T represents a breakthrough in X-Ray detector technology by providing "off-the-shelf" performance previously available only from expensive cryogenically cooled systems.
Model XR-100T is a new high performance X-Ray Detector, Preamplifier, and Cooler system which uses a thermoelectrically cooled Si-PIN Photodiode as an X-Ray detector. Also mounted on the cooler are the input FET and a novel feedback circuit. These components are kept at approximately -30°C, and can be monitored by a temperature sensitive integrated circuit. The hermetic TO-8 package of the detector has a light tight, vacuum tight 1 mil (25 µm) Beryllium window to enable soft X-Ray detection. Power to the XR-100T is provided by the PX2T Power Supply. The PX2T is AC powered and includes a spectroscopy grade Shaping Amplifier. The XR-100T/PX2T system ensures quick, stable operation in less than one minute from power turn-on. System resolution with a tesu pulser is 200eV FWHM. The resolution for the 5.9keV peak of 55Fe is 250 eV FWHM. |
X線透過窓用フランジ
Conflat Flange X-Ray Windows Although its x-ray transmission is virtually identical to that of bare beryllium, our high quality DuraBeryllium foil is coated with a proprietary refractory material that makes it not only leakproof, but also highly resistant to moisture, chemicals, and abrasion. DuraBeryllium windows can also be cleaned without creating toxic beryllium waste. |

X線カップ
DuraBeryllium XRF Sample Cup windows DuraBeryllium XRF sample cup windows offer your spectrometer a second level of protection when you are analyzing liquid samples in polymer-window sample cups. Our standard sample cup is fitted with a beryllium window coated with DuraCoat, our proprietary refractory material that provides unsurpassed corrosion resistance. Even if your polymer film should leak, DuraCoat makes sure that the liquid remains in the sample cup without damaging the spectrometer. Standard window sizes are 41mm diameter, but other sizes are available on request. There is a trade-off between window thickness, x-ray absorption, and cost. Standard foil thicknesses and prices are given below, with a table of typical x-ray transmissions for various lighter elements of interest. Transmission for elements heavier than bromine is >99% for all thicknesses. |
